I was also tasked with selling his unit, taking control of his affairs and navigating the complex Aged Care Assistance Program from the Federal Government. As you can imagine all of this was very time consuming and confusing for me. Jay and the team went above and beyond. WA border closures meant we could not travel to tidy up and sort out our stored items in our shed when we sold our house. Nothing was too much for them. 2 x 20ft containers later and it’s all here in Adelaide.I also had an old non running land cruiser in parts that Jay managed to arrange someone to extract, and get it secured on a truck to be shipped over here to SA. I had thought I’d have to dispose of it over there so I’m very happy I was able to keep it.Everything went better than I expected. Used NESolutions to bring a house up to selling point as occupant was going in to full time care. The occupant had been living by herself and the house and garden had been allowed to deteriorate. The company did an amazing job at what I consider to be a reasonable price, communication was great, service was great, all staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. I would use them again, and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I had the traumatic task of moving my grandmother into a care facility and having to sort through her possessions and get the house ready for sale in WA whilst living in NSW.
